There is a new book on diet which has become best seller just now titled Sun Food Diet. The book is about a new method of diet which many people think as revolutionary and a bit extreme perhaps.
The book is written by David Wolfe who is a son of two doctor parents. He is very familiar with medical world since he was a child and drawing a conclusion from his life experience that medicine never actually helps people. He himself has stopped taking any medicine since the age of 10 and preferred to drink orange juice whenever he was sick.
Wolfe then invented a diet program which focuses on eating only raw vegetables and fruits. This diet is also called raw vegan diet and its menu consists of only sweet fruits, vegetables, and any plant based fats.
In sun diet plan, it is explained why we need to only eat those three foods how those foods already fulfill all of our nutrients needs. The leafy greens or vegetables are enough to provide our body with the strength it need. The sweet fruits are in charge to provide fuels for our body and our brain while fatty foods are great source for our body lubricants and the agent to maintain our beauty.
There are three types of sun food diet which are offered by Wolfe. The first one is basic sun food diet. This type of sun food diet is suitable for beginners who are still trying to adjust to raw diet menu. It allows dieters to eat their favorite meals twice a weak with salad as a complement. The second type is the 80/20 sun food diet. This type of diet requires dieters to eat those three foods up to 80% of their meals and 20% of other raw foods. The last type is the all raw sun food diet where dieters consume 100% of raw foods.
