People usually become skeptical when they hear about low fat diet sheet. The words “low fat” make them think that the sheet will certainly be only filled with bland and boring foods. There is no way to enjoy meals anymore. The common perception that delicious foods contain fat also discourages variety s them from trying out low fat diet at the same time.

However, is that such skepticism necessary? The truth is, you can still enjoy many varieties of food with this low fat diet. And although some of the foods do look and taste bland, there are many more tasty and healthy foods to eat.

First things first. Start the day with a breakfast. Oats, whole-grain bread, high fiber cereal, and brown rice are highly recommended. If those foods look bland o you, let’s go to the fun side. You can still have low fiber pasta and even biscuits. Pastry and puddings, however, need to be avoided.

For lunch and dinner, you must always include the two healthiest foods of all, fruits and vegetables. Baked potatoes and walnuts are regular foods to take. And although French fries, roasted peanuts and potato chips should be avoided, you still can have some enjoyment with avocadoes, pears, hazelnuts, olives, almonds, and pecans.

And who says that you cannot eat meat? White lean meat in chicken and fish are even recommended over red meat such as lamb, beef and pork. You can also still consume shellfish, ham, and liver in moderate portion. Dairy is allowed in your low fat diet sheet but you must the ones with lower fat level.
