Foods that contains low calorie are lean meats and proper amount of wine consumption. Also avoid processed meats and reduce the use of oil when you are frying. It is even better if you can avoid any fried foods altogether. You should avoid white bread and white rice because they contain sugar that can raises blood sugar quickly. Brown rice and whole grains are more recommended if you cannot avoid eating rice. Foods with fibers are also good for liver cleansing diets program.
