Avoid red meat since it contains the unhealthiest fat. Poultry meat is generally better. However, when you choose poultry meat, choose young meat instead of older one.

Remember that the diet does not mean to eliminate fat totally from your body. Our human body still needs fat until some limited amount. Yet, what it is trying to do is limit your fat intake so it won’t hurt your cholesterol. Stick to your heart healthy diet plans and you know everything will be just fine.
