Oils are next to go. As the substitute, go with good oils such as corn oil, olive oil, sesame oil, safflower and sunflower oil. Please do not consume any red meat and opt for white lean meats instead such as chicken and fish. Ice cream is also a big no no. Still, you can have ice milk or sorbet as substitute.

It may take a while to adjust to your new eating diet, but diet for people with high cholesterol will only bring you more benefit than disadvantages.
